Logs, warnings and a job whitelist in one Garry's Mod addon
Docket is plain Lua with no licence server, no account to link, no DLL and no HTTP call to start. It runs on the SQLite database every server already has; MySQL through mysqloo is optional.

What it does
Logs
Records joins and leaves, chat, kills, spawns, job changes, arrests, warnings and whitelist changes. Search with cat:chat,kill, player:Alice, a SteamID, since:2d and free text. Old lines are deleted after the number of days you set (30 by default).
Warnings
Every warning has points. Defaults: 3 alerts online staff, 5 kicks, 8 bans for a day, 12 bans permanently. You can change the ladder. Warnings expire in real time (14 days by default), including while the player is offline.
Job whitelist (DarkRP)
List the jobs that need permission, then add allow or deny rules for a SteamID or a usergroup, for one job, a faction or every gated job, permanent or for a number of days. A deny beats an allow and its note is shown to the player.
Works with your admin mod
Permissions go through CAMI, the interface ULX, SAM, sAdmin, ServerGuard and others support. Every menu request is checked again on the server.
Tickets and evidence
Player tickets (open, claim, close, rate), an Evidence Box and a Log Scanner are built in.
Config problems do not stop the server
Config problems are named in the console and replaced with defaults. Log lines are batched in memory and, if the database goes down, written when it returns.
Who it is for
- Garry's Mod server owners and admins who want logs, warnings and a whitelist in one addon.
- DarkRP servers that restrict some jobs to approved players.
Honest limits
- Docket has never run on a live, populated server. It has run once on a local Windows dedicated server with one bot (2026-10-29): it loaded with no Lua errors, created its tables, stored a warning, and logs were found again by search. A SteamID whitelist grant was saved.
- Do not drop it onto a busy live server without trying it on a test server first.
- The menu has not been clicked through in the game, tickets and Evidence Box included.
- Real CAMI, ULX, SAM, a live DarkRP F4 menu and a real MySQL server were tested only against stand-ins that follow the documented calls.
- Behaviour on a full server with hundreds of players is unknown.
- Needs Garry's Mod, and DarkRP for the whitelist only. Not affiliated with Facepunch Studios.
