These are the terms included with every copy of the products.

Offline CSV Cleaner

Offline CSV Cleaner - licence

Each purchase gives you one of two licences. If you buy it for yourself, the Personal licence applies. If you buy it
for a company or other organisation, the Organisation licence applies. The price is the same.

1. Personal licence. One individual may use Offline CSV Cleaner, for any purpose including their work, on any number
   of devices that they own or control. The licence belongs to that person and cannot be passed to someone else.
2. Organisation licence. One organisation may let up to three named people use Offline CSV Cleaner for the
   organisation's work, on any devices they use for that work. The organisation chooses the three people and keeps its
   own record of who they are; it does not need to tell the seller. It may replace a person, for example when someone
   leaves, as long as no more than three people are named at any time. More people need another purchase.
3. What you may not do. You may not sell, share, redistribute or publish the software or a modified copy of it, or
   let more people use it than your licence allows.
4. Your files. The software processes files only on your device and does not send them anywhere. Files you clean
   with it remain yours; this licence gives the seller no rights over them.
5. No warranty. The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Keep a copy of your original file,
   and check the result before you rely on it.
6. Liability. To the extent the law allows, the seller is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of
   the software, and the seller's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.
7. Refunds. You can ask for a full refund, for any reason, within 14 days of purchase, through the store you bought
   it from.
8. Your consumer rights. Nothing in this licence limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded,
   including any right to a refund or remedy that is longer or wider than the one above.
