You already create your invoices as PDFs. This n8n workflow reads your client sheet every morning, finds the PDF for each client whose billing cycle is due, emails it from your Gmail, and records Sent or the exact reason it was not sent.

What it does
Never sends twice
An invoice number is never sent twice. Type yes in the Resend column to send one again on purpose.
Refuses to guess
No matching PDF, two matching PDFs, an invalid email address or a Gmail error is written to the row and retried on the next run.
Exact matching
Whole-word matching on the invoice number, so INV-10 never picks up INV-105.
Set up in one place
CC per client, sender name, mid-month day, catch-up window and email text are set in one configuration node.

Honest limits
- It does not create invoices.
- It does not work with PDFs stored only on a computer or in iCloud. Sync them to a Google Drive folder first.
- You need n8n and Google Sheets, Google Drive and Gmail accounts connected in n8n. It was tested on self-hosted n8n 2.45.4, against mock Google APIs.
