Terms of sale and refunds
Last updated: 2026-11-01
Who sells to you
PoppyOS makes the products. A reseller runs each checkout and is the merchant of record, which means it takes your payment, handles sales tax and sends your receipt. Each product page says which one it uses.
- Polar Software, Inc. sells most of the products, and Stripe processes the payments. Polar's buyer terms apply at its checkout. Apple Pay and Google Pay show up when your device supports them.
- Gumroad sells a few older tools. Gumroad's terms apply at its checkout. Our store there is called fylgja, so you'll see that name when you pay.
What you get
You pay once and download a file. There is no subscription and nothing is shipped. The link comes with your receipt email, and you can use it to download again.
Price and tax
Prices are in US dollars. Polar or Gumroad works out any sales tax or VAT for your country and shows it at checkout.
Refunds
You can ask for a full refund, for any reason, within 14 days of purchase. Write to poppyos.support@gmail.com or use the store you bought from. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
Using what you buy
Each product comes with its own licence, which says what you may do with it and covers warranty and liability. Read any of them on the licences page before you buy. Product pages say what was tested and what the product can't do.
Other companies' names
Names such as Blender, Excel, Shopify, Stripe and Unity belong to their owners. They appear here to say what a product works with. PoppyOS isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them.
